This is the complaint I wrote about Milliken Animal Clinic's culture, and sent to the AVMA. All of the following information is true
There are a few different things I would like to address in this complaint about Milliken animal clinic and Dr. Michealle Hobler. The first is the fact that this clinic is incredibly disorganized and the techs are barely trained. I got more training when I worked at subway than when I worked at Milliken Animal Clinic. There is absolutely no structure, just a list of things to do and conflicting information about what needs to be done first. I would get told to do something by a head tech and then yelled at by another tech (usually Jaycee or Kyrsten) for not prioritizing by doing what I was told. At one point, I was “reported” by other techs to the manager for doing tasks that the head techs had told me to do. Everyone complains about the lack of training and lack of structure in the clinic. The clinic is always overbooked, as Dr. Hobler does not reschedule patients even when a mistake has been made with the scheduling causing time slots to be triple booked (and this happened oft...
